未足月胎膜早破365例临床分析

目的 探讨未足月胎膜早破的临床特征和治疗策略.方法 回顾性分析重庆市妇幼保健院2003年1月至2008年12月收治的未足月胎膜早破患者365例的临床资料,总结其临床特征及围产结局.结果未足月胎膜早破的发病率是2%;发生未足月胎膜早破的相关因素依次是感染、子宫张力高、胎位异常等;其围产儿并发症以早产、胎儿窘迫、RDS为主;其围产儿结局与孕周直接相关.结论针对未足月胎膜早破的发生的相关因素采取采取相应的临床处理,增加孕期保健,综合治疗,可减少母儿病率,改善早产儿预后.

A clinical analysis on 365 cases of premature rupture of membranes
