屈光参差性弱视视网膜神经纤维层厚度的改变

摘    要:目的:使用光学相干断层扫描仪(optic coherence tomo-graphy,OCT)测量屈光参差性弱视患者视网膜神经纤维层厚度(retinal nerve fiberlayer thickness,RNFLT)变化,探讨屈光参差性弱视患者视网膜是否存在组织学改变。方法:随机选取97例(194眼)屈光参差性弱视患者作为实验组,90例(180眼)正视眼(屈光度≤±0.50D)人群作为对照组;实验组受试者按年龄将其分为3组:I组年龄<10岁,共32例;II组年龄在11~20岁,共36例;III组年龄≥21岁,共29例。对照组受试者也按年龄分为I、II、III组,每组30例,分组方法同前。采用OCT测量RNFLT,分别分析实验组和对照组中各组受试者双眼RNFLT的差异。结果:实验组中I组和III组受试者双眼中弱视眼与非弱视眼间RNFLT无差异;第II组受试者双眼中屈光参差性弱视眼RNFLT较非弱视眼变厚,差异有统计学意义;对照组中各组受试者双眼间RNFLT没有差异。结论:OCT检查弱视眼的RNFLT的改变,为弱视发生机制的研究提供新的线索。

Abstract:AIM:To study the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT) of anisometropic amblyopia by using optic coherence tomography (OCT) and discuss the me-chanism of anisometropic amblyopia. ·METHODS:Totally 97 patients (194 eyes) with anisometropic amblyopia and 90 persons (180 eyes) with stigmatism were chosen randomly. Patients with an-isometropic amblyopia were put into three groups according to their ages. The group below 10 years old (32 patients),the group from 11 to 20 years old (36 patients) and the group beyond 20 years old (29 patients). Persons with stigmatism were also put into three groups according to the ages. Each group included 30 persons. All eyes were checked by OCT to observe the RNFLT.·RESULTS:The RNFLT between two eyes had no dif-ference in the group below 10 years old and the group beyond 10 years old,the same as the normal group. Whereas the RNFLT between two eyes of the group from 11 to 20 years old was different. ·CONCLUSION:The study offers a new clue of studying the mechanism of anisometropic amblyopia.
