| 摘 要： | 目的：观察外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法：对３８例外伤性白内障后房型人工晶状体植入术患手术时机，手术中特殊情况的处理及术后并发症进行分析。结果：术后矫正视力在０．５以上２３例（占６０．５％）。结论：人工晶状体植入是目前治疗外伤性白内障的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of artificial lens implantation in the treatment of post-traumatic cataract. Methods: To analyze the optimal time of the operation, the treatment of special situation of operation and postoperative complications. Results: The visions of 23 cases of the patients became over 0.5 (60.5%). Conclusion: The artificial lens implantation is the best method for treating posttraumatic cataract. |
