缺血性心脏病人红细胞磷脂和血清脂质过氧化物含量变化及丹参对其影响

观察了30例CHD患者细胞膜磷脂和血清LPO含量变化及丹参治疗前后改变。结果表明,CHD组红细胞磷脂中SM、PS、PE和LL含量.SM/PC和PS/PC比值明显升高,血清LPO水平亦显著增高,PC含量明显低于对照组。丹参治疗后PC显著升高,其它各指标则显著降低。提示:CHD发病与脂质过氧化损伤造成细胞膜磷脂构成异常和比例失衡有关,丹参具有降低脂质过氧化反应,改善红细胞膜磷脂成分异常,调整其比例失衡作用,对红细胞具有保护作用。

Changes in erythrocyte phospholipids and serum lipid peroxides in patients with CHD and effect of salvia miltiorrhizae on

The values of erythrocyte phospholipids and serum lipid peroxide(LPO)in 30 phtients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and the changes of all index after the injection of salvia miltiorrhizae(SMR)were observed.The results showed that the levels of sphingomyolins (SM),phosphatidylserine(PS),phosphatidylcthamolanine(PE)and serum LPO and the SM/ PC and PS/PC ritio were higher and the level of phosphatidylchiolines(PC)was significantly lower in CHD than that in the normol,the PC level was significanthy higher and others in- dexes were significantly lower after the treatment of SMR.It is suggested that CHD may be related to the abnormal constitution and the imbalance in the proportion of erythrocyte phos- pholipids caused by peroxide injury.And SMR may reduce peroxide reaction,improve the ab- normal constitution of erythrocity phosphlipids,adjust the imbalance and have a protective effect on erythrocity.
