摘    要:目的:结合古今书籍资料记载和实验研究,分析生半夏毒性物质基础,为毒性成分的研究提供依据。方法:结合历代中药古籍资料和现代文献研究,通过HPLC法、显微鉴别、急性毒性的动物研究方法,对毒性成分进行初步分析,从炮制减毒的角度出发,探析毒性物质基础。结果:生半夏在炮制前多需经过长时间水浸泡至无干心,提示水对生半夏去毒的重要性。且动物实验发现长时间浸泡后的生半夏没有出现毒性反应。结论:水浸泡对生半夏的解毒起着重要作用,毒性成分的寻找不应忽略“水浸泡液”。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the toxic substances foundation of Pinelliae Rhizoma, and to provide a basis for the further research of the toxic components. Methods : The HPLC method, Microscopic identification and the acute toxicity test were used to analyze the basis of the toxic substances, combining the Chinese herbal medicine literatures both ancient and modern to analyze the basis of the toxic substances from the point of processing of Pinelliae Rhizoma. Result: The first step of the processing of Pinelliae Rhizoma must be subjected to water immersion completely for a long time.This suggested the importance of water immersion to detoxify.And the acute toxicity test found that after a long soaking, the Pinelliae Rhizoma had no toxicity. Conclusion : Water immersion is very critical to detoxify Pinelliae Rhizoma, moreover, looking for the toxic components should not be ignored to the soaked water.
