广西地区原发性血脂异常与湿热质相关性分析

目的：本研究通过中医体质问卷调查，探讨广西地区335例原发性血脂异常者中医体质分布特征。方法：采用北京中医药大学王琦教授标准化的9种中医体质分类量表对广西地区335例原发性血脂异常者进行中医体质类型调查问卷。参考《中医体质分类判定标准》进行各亚量表分数转换，应用最大得分法决定个体体质类型。结果：335例原发性血脂异常者中医体质分布为：平和质118例（35．22％），湿热质56例（16．72％），阴虚质40例（11．94％）。痰湿质31例（9．25％），阳虚质27例（8．06％），气郁质26例（7．76％），瘀血质19例（5．67％），气虚质13例（388％），特禀质5例（1．49％）。结论：湿热质为广西地区原发性血脂异常最高偏颇体质类型。

Analysis on Correlation between Primary Dyslipidemia and Damp-heat Constitution of Guangxi Area

Objective： To explore the distribution types of TCM of 335 people with primary dyslipidemia by questionnaire survey. Methods ： WANG Qi who was the professor of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has made the standard 9 kinds of TCM constitution classification scale.By using the TCM constitution types of questionnaire,335 people with primary dyslipidemia were investigated.According to TCM Constitution Classification Standards, the maximum score method was used to determine individual constitution type. Results： The distribution types of TCM of 335 cases with primary dyslipidemia： Yin-Yang harmony type in 118 cases （ 35.22% ）, damp-heat in 56 cases （ 16.72% ）, Yin deficiency in 40 patients （ 11.94% ）, phlegm-damp in 31 cases （ 9.25% ）, Yang deficiency in 27 cases （ 8.06% ）, Qi stagnation in 26 cases （ 7.76% ）, blood stasis in 19 cases （ 5.67% ）, Qi deficiency in 13 cases （ 3.88% ）, special intrinsic constitution in 5 cases （ 1.49% ） .Conclusion ： The damp-heat constitution was the highest biased constitution of the people with primary dyslipidemia in Guangxi area.
