肩三针结合康复训练对于脑卒中后肩手综合征患者疼痛及运动功能影响

目的：比较肩三针结合康复疗法与单纯康复治疗脑卒中后肩一手综合征的疗效差异。方法：将64例患者随机分为肩三针结合康复组（治疗组）、康复组（对照组）各32例。采用上肢运动功能、疼痛、关节活动度等指标判断其28d后的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为9616％，明显优于对照组的77．42％（P〈0．05）；肩三针结合康复能够明显改善患者的上肢运动功能、上肢疼痛及关节活动度，与单纯康复比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：肩三针结合康复治疗脑卒中后肩一手综合征可有效缓解肢体疼痛症状，促进患肢运动功能的恢复。

Influence of Electroacupuncture at 3-Shoulder Acupoints Combined with Rehabilitation Therapy on Pain and Movement Function in Poststroke Shoulder-Hand Syndrome Patients

Objective ： To observe the influence of electroacupuncture at 3-Shoulder acupoints combined with rehabilitation therapy on pain and movement function in poststroke shoulder-hand syndrome patients. Methods ： 64 cases of poststroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into an electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation group and a rehabilitation group, 32 cases in each group. Upper extremity Fugl-Meyer Assessment, pain, joint activity were used for assessment of therapeutic effects after 28 days treatment. ResuIts：The total effective rate was 96.16% in the electroaeupuncture combined with rehabilitation group and was significantly better than 77.42% in the rehabilitation group （ P〈0.05 ）. Electroacupunctue at 3-Shoulder acupoints combined with rehabilitation therapy could significantly improve upper limb motor function, pain and joint activity with significant differences as compared with the rehabilitation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture at 3-Shoulder acupoints combined with rehabilitation therapy could improve upper extremity pain symptoms and functional recovery.
