吴新欲主任自创心力神合剂治疗慢性心衰临床经验和疗效观察

目的：观察名老中医药专家创立心力神合剂治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法：将心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级，中医辨证属心气（阳）虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，对照组予慢性心衰常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用心力神合剂。结果：治疗组心功能改善总有效率及中医证候改善总有效率分别为90％、95％，而对照组分别为76．7％、75％，两组比较，P〈0．05。结论：常规治疗的基础上加用心力神合剂能更有效地改善心功能，缓解临床症状，提高其生活质量。

Clinical Experience and Observation of Chief Physician WU Xinyu in Treating Chronic Heart Failure with Xinlisheng

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Xinlisheng in treating chronic heart failure （ CHF ）, which is created by WU Xinyu, the old doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ）. Methods ： 60 heart Qi （ Yang ） deficiency type of CHF with severe cardiac dysfunction （ NYHA class Ⅲ-Ⅳ ） patients were divided into two groups. The patients in therapy group （ group T ） were given both the routine treatment and Xinlisheng, however, the patients in control group （ group C ） were only given the routine treatment. Results ： The total effective rate of cardiac function and TCM syndromes in group T was 90% and 95%, respectively; and that was 76.7% and 75% in group C. There were significant differences between two groups both in cardiac function and TCM syndromes （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xinlisheng combined with routine therapy in the treatment of CHF can improve cardiac function and the quality of life.
