阿司匹林与活血中药联合使用安全眭评估

目的：观察活血中药注射液在脑梗死患者中的使用状况，以及联合抗血小板聚集疗法后活血中药注射液的疗效性和安全性。方法：查阅2009年1月-2010年1月在上海市中医医院脑病科住院，第一诊断为脑梗死的病例，通过回顾性研究，分析活血化瘀中药注射液在脑梗死患者中的应用情况，如药物剂量、应用天数、不良反应等。分析活血中药注射液联合抗血小板聚集治疗后在脑梗死患者中的疗效性和安全性。结果：回顾性研究结果，治疗前后患者PLT、pT、APTT、FIB、D—Di等凝血相关指标未见明显差异P〉0．05。故两者联合使用较安全，不会增加患者的出血风险。结论：阿司匹林与活血中药制剂（舒血宁注射液、苦碟子注射液）联合使用疗效较好，且无安全隐患，不会增加患者出血风险性。

Efficacy and Security of Promoting-Circulation Drugs Combined with Aspirin in Therapy of Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective ： It aimed at combining our national condition to investigate and evaluation the efficacy and security of Chinese herbs injection for activating blood circulation combined with Aspirin in therapy of cerebral infarction patients. Methods ： The retrospectively study consulted hospitalized cases of cerebral infarction patients that in Shanghai TCM Hospital Cerebropathy Department from January 2009 to April 2011.Though the methods presented above, it analyzed the Chinese herbs injection for activating blood circulation in therapy of cerebral infarction, such as medicine proportion, drug-days and adverse reaction.And it analyzed the efficacy and security of Chinese herbs injection for activating blood circulation combined with anti-platelet aggregation medicine in therapy of cerebral infarction patients. Results ： The result of retrospective study that the coagulation indexes （PLT, PT, FIB, D-Dimeretc ）in cerebral infarction patients between pre and post treatment did not change significantly （P〉0.05） .So combined treatment had good safety and would not inerease the risk factors of hemorrhage. Conclusion ： Chinese herbs for activating blood circulation （Shuxuening injection, Kudiezi injection ） combined with Aspirin in therapy of cerebral infarction patients could increase the efficacy, and have good safety without increasing the risk factors of hemorrhage.
