儿童及少年高血压在中因临床诊治中面临的问题及探讨

高血压病呈逐年上升趋势，其高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率以及低知晓率、低治疗率、低控制率，给社会和家庭造成沉重的负担，由于儿童血压发育有轨迹现象，成人高血压起源于儿童，高血压的预防和诊治也应从儿童开始。文章结合临床实践，对儿童高血压临床诊治中面临的问题进行探讨。其目的是提示中医在诊治儿童原发性高血压时辨证论治是基础，鉴别诊断是关键，个体化治疗是原则，中西医结合是方向。

Problem in Dignosis and Treatment of Hypertension in Children and Adolescents with TCM

There are incubuses to the social and famlies by hypertension.And the morbidity is ascending year by year.Hypertension with high incidence ratio, mortality ratio and mutiation ratio and low control rate, is one of the most dangerous diseases of human being.There is a trajectory phenomenon in development of children blood pressure.The hypertensive patients have originated from children, so we should prevent and treat hypertension from children.We probe the problems in dignosis and treatment of hypertension in children by the clinical practice.Diagnosis and treatment of primary hypertension in children is based on the syndrome differentiation and treatment.Its key is differential diagnosis and its rule is individual treatment and its direction is integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
