| 摘 要： | 肺癌的中医病机过程包括癌毒滋生、留于肺叶，搏结痰瘀、阻碍肺气，耗伤气津、步入损途等阶段。治疗以抗癌解毒为基本大法，并结合化痰逐瘀以消其肿块，培益机体以复其体虚，调理肺气以顾其兼症等。

| Abstract: | TCM pathogenesis change of lung cancer includes several stages. First, cancerous toxin come into being retard in the hmg. Then cancerous toxin may combine phlegm and blood stasis to hinder the move of lung Qi. Last, it will cause the loss of Yin-fluid and vital-Qi, resulting in all kinds of pathological changes of lung cancer. In the aspect of treatment principle, the basic principle is to anti-cancer and reduce toxin. It also can combine some other treatments with the basic principle method, for instance, resolving phlegm and blood stasis to dissipate the mass, strengthening the body to recover, or regulating lung Qi to treat the complication. |
