血脂代谢与原发性高血压中医辨证分型关系临床研究

目的：探讨血脂代谢与原发性高血压中医辨证分型的关系及临床意义。方法：将60例原发性高血压患者分为阴虚阳亢（30例）及痰湿壅盛（30例）2型。对原发性高血压组和正常对照组（30例）进行血清甘油三酯（TG）、血清胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）检测。结果：（1）与正常对照组相比,原发性高血压的阴虚阳亢组和痰湿壅盛组的TG、TC和LDL-C的含量均高于正常对照组,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,且两中医证型组之间也存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）;（2）与正常对照组相比,原发性高血压的阴虚阳亢组和痰湿壅盛组的HDL-C的含量低于正常对照组,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）,且两中医证型组之间也存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：原发性高血压与血脂代谢紊乱有关,痰湿壅盛是原发性高血压合并血脂代谢异常的关键病机。

Study on Relationship between Blood-lipid Metabolism and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of Primary Hypertension

Objective： To investigate the relationship and significance between blood-lipid metabolism and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of primary hypertension. Methods ： Syndromes of 60 patients were divided into two types： Yin deficiency-Yang excess and phlegm-damp accumulation. The TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C of primary hypertension and normal group were detected. Results ： （ 1 ） The levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in Yin defieiency-Yang excess group and phlegm-damp accumulation group were increased compared with their normal groups, which had differences （ P〈0.05 ）, and there was difference between two traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types （ P〈0.05 ）. （ 2 ） Compared with the normal group, the level of HDL-C in Yin deficiency-Yang excess group and phlegm-damp accumulation group was decreased, and there was difference between three types （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The abnormal level of blood-lipid metabolism is the important factor in primary hypertension. Phlegm-damp accumulation is the major pathogenesis in primary hypertension.
