| 摘 要： | 目的：分析子宫内膜癌术前血清CA125值对其宫外扩散的判断价值。方法：前瞻性分析了1998年10月－2001年3月收治的经手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者64例，术前及术后均检测了血清CA125值以了解与手术分期，病理类型及组织学分级的关系，并对其结果进行统计学处理。结果：64例患者中，血CA125值阳性者17例，与手术分期及病理类型存在着线性关系（P＜0.01）。结论：术前血清CA125值测定可作为病变宫外扩散的重要参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the valuation of serum CA 125 for monitoring endometrial carcinoma preoperating and the extrauterine metastasis.Methods:64 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted between Oct. 1998 to Mar. 2001 were prospectively analyzed. Detecting the serum CA125 in preoperating and postoperating so as to know the relationship between CA125 and the operation stages, pathological types and tissue grades. The result were analyzed by statistics.Results:Among 64 cases, 17 cases are positive to serum CA 125, there was an evidently correlationship between operative stages and pathological types (P>0.01).Conclusion:Preoperative serum CA 125 can be used as main reference guideline of the pathological spreads. |
