新生儿窒息与新法复苏的体会

目的总结恩平市人民医院新生儿窒息的原因及新法复苏方法与效果，探索提高新生儿窒息的复苏水平。方法对296例新生儿窒息与新法复苏进行回顾分析。结果296例新生儿窒息经新法复苏，成功抢救286例，死亡6例，放弃治疗4例，成功率96．6％。结论新生儿窒息经新法复苏，即国际公认的ABCDE法，抢救成功率高。

Neonatal Asphyxia and New Resuscitation Method

Objective ] To summarize the causes of neonatal asphyxia and the effect of new resuscitation method and improve the resuscitation level for neonatal asphyxia. Methods] Retrospective analysis was made on 296 asphyxia neonates and the new resuscitation method. Results] 296 out of 286 cases were successfully saved, 6 died, and 4 abandoned treatment, the success rate was 96.6%. Conclusion] The new resuscitation method （ABCDE resuscitation method） is an effective measure for treating neonate asphyxia with high success rate.
