| 摘 要： | 目的随着白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的日臻完美及人工晶状体制造技术的不断进步，Toric散光型人工晶状体为角膜散光合并白内障的患者获得良好的视觉效果提供了机会。本文就其发展历程、手术方法、临床应用及功能评价等方面作综述。

| Abstract: | With the advancement of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens （ IOLs ） implannation and improvement of IOLs, toric intraocular lens （ Toric IOLs ） can produce better visual quality. These lenses can be used as a predictable and stable alternative method for correcting preexisting astigmatism in patients with cataracts. The purpose of this review is to summarize its development, method of the operation, clinical application and functional assessment. |
