强肾胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症临床与实验研究

目的 :观察强肾胶囊对糖尿病骨质疏松症的治疗效果。方法 :将临床诊断为糖尿病骨质疏松症的 74例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 38例 ,予以强肾胶囊治疗 ,对照组 36例 ,予以美吡达及阿法迪三治疗。结果 :临床观察发现 ,强肾胶囊能够明显改善患者的临床症状 ,尤其是对腰膝酸痛和倦怠乏力 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;同时患者的血糖、尿钙 /肌酐值较治疗前有所下降 ,而骨密度值较治疗前有所上升。实验研究表明 ,强肾胶囊可明显降低糖尿病模型大鼠的血糖 ,并升高其胰岛素水平 ,同时可以降低血磷、碱性磷酸酶及尿钙、磷、羟脯氨酸含量 ,此外 ,尚可增加骨钙沉积 ,提高骨密度及抗弯力。结论 :强肾胶囊治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症具有确切疗效 ,值得深入研究及进一步开发。

CLINICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON QIANGSHEN CAPSULE IN TREATING DIABETIC OSTEOPOROSIS

Object:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Qiangshen capsule in treating diabetic osteoporosis Methods: Seventy four patients with diabetic osteoporosis were divided into two groups at random Among these patients,test group(38 cases) were treated with Qiangshen capsule,control group(36) were treated with glipozide and α D 3,three months as a coures of treatment Results: Qiangshen capsule could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously,especially to ache of waist and knee,tiredness and inertia,which the difference was significant compared to the control group (P<0 01) Meanwhile,the patients' level of blood sugar and uric calcium/creatinine were descended,but bone density was higher Qiangshen capsule could descend the levels of blood sugar and heighten insulin of model rats obviously Meanwhile,it could descend the levels of blood phosphorus,alkalin phosphatase and uric calcium,phosphorus,and hydroxyproline Above all,it could increase bone calcium deposit,heighten bone density and bone power in resisting bending Conclusion: Qiangshen capsule has obviously curative effect in treating diabetic osteoporosis,which is worth studying deeply and developing further
