| 摘 要： | 对l649例应用喉罩麻醉术中发生并发症的原因进行了分析。认为反流与误吸、错位、气道阻塞、咽喉疼痛及喉痉挛是最常见原因。并根据病因制定合理的护理对策。提出积极采取预防控制手段，减少或避免并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | By analyzing th e causes of complications in1649patients using laryngeal mask(LM),the author beli eves that the most common causes of the complications were composed of reflux,mi s-inhalement,transposition,obstruction of airway,laryngeal pains and laryngeal h yperkinesias.Based on the pathogeny,the author puts forward reasonable nursing m easures including active preventive means and reduction or even avoidance of com plications. |
