| 摘 要： | 食管静脉曲张破裂出血是门脉高压最有临床意义也是最凶险的并发症,患者可发生失血性休克和肝性脑病,首次平均病死率可达50%[1],6周内再出血发生率为17%,2年内再出血的发生率约80%[2]。临床上确诊为食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的患者,内科应急治疗一般采用三腔二囊管(BT)压迫止血[

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of hemostasis by using the sengstaken-blackmore tube. Methods Using the sengstaken-blackmore tube to stop the blooding among 32 patients with esophagus-stomach fundus varices hemorrhage, and then judge the effects by gastroscope. Results According to the judgement of gastroscope, the effective rate of hemostatsis by sengstaken-blackmore tube was 90%. Conclusion The method of using the sengstaken-blackmore tube to stop the blooding among patients with esophagus-stomach fundus varices hemorrhage is effective, safe and convenient, which better than the traditional method. |
