摘    要:目的 研究神经导航技术在深部脑胶质瘤手术中的应用。方法 根据导航工作站所显示深部胶质瘤的三维结构,制定手术计划,在观察棒导航下寻找病灶,完成胶质瘤切除术。结果 在神经导航下完成68例深部脑胶质瘤切除,定位准确,减少了对周围组织的损伤,术后无明显神经功能障碍。结论 神经导航在部位深、病灶小、肉眼难以识别的胶质瘤等手术中的应用,可有效地保护神经功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of neuronavigation assisted surgical resection of the deep brain gilioma. Methods The operation planning was designed based on the three dimentional structures of the deep brain glioma on the neuronavigational station. The resection of gilioma was performed with the aid of a guiding probe. Results Neuronavigation assisted resection of the gliomas was successfully performed in 68 cases. Precise localization of the target lesions and the least damage to the surrounding tissues were achieved. The nerve functions of patients were well preserved. Conclusion The application of neuronavigation assisted surgical resection of the hardly identified macroscopically deep brain gliomas with small foci is effective on the protection of nerve functions.
