胸甘酸合酶mRNA在膀胱癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的　探讨膀胱癌组织中胸苷酸合酶 (TS)基因的表达水平及临床意义。方法　从连续获得的 5 2例确诊为膀胱癌的组织样本中提取总RNA ,采用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)检测所有肿瘤样本中胸苷酸合酶mRNA水平。结果　浸润性膀胱癌的TSmRNA水平较表浅性膀胱癌显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。发生血管浸润的膀胱癌中TSmRNA水平明显高于没有发生血管浸润的肿瘤 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,伴有转移的膀胱癌中TSmRNA表达明显高于非转移者 ,差异有非常显著性(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　TSmRNA的表达水平与膀胱癌分期有关 ,可能是提示膀胱癌有无转移和血管浸润的指标之一。

Expression and clinical significance of thymidylate synthase mRNA in bladder cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical value of thymidylate synthase mRNA in human bladder cancer.Methods The level of thymidylate synthase mRNA was detected in 52 cases of bladder cancer by the method of RT-PCR.Results The TS gene expression level in invasive bladder cancer was higher than that in superficial bladder cancer with the difference being significant (P< 0.05);The TS gene expression level in metastatic bladder cancer was also higher than localized cancer (P< 0.05).The TS gene level in bladder cancer with vascular invasion was higher than that without vascular invasion with the difference being very significant (P< 0.001).Conclusion TS mRNA expression level is associated with the stages of bladder cancer,and it might become a parameter for determining the metastasis and vascular invasion of cancer.
