血管性痴呆相关蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:血管性痴呆是脑血管疾病导致的认知功能障碍临床综合征。随着血管性痴呆研究的不断深入,与血管性痴呆相关的蛋白研究也备受关注。这为从蛋白质角度揭示血管性痴呆的病因和发病机制提供了新的线索,也为更加有效的个体化预防和治疗提供了新的途径。本文对血管性痴呆相关蛋白的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Vascular dementia( VD )is defined as permanent cognitive impairment produced by vascular damage to the brain. With the continuous deepening of the research for vascular dementia( VD), the protein studies associated with VD have also attracted great attention. This has provided a new clue for revealing the causes and pathogenesis of VD from the point view of proteins, and also provided a new approach for individualized prophylaxis and treatment. This article reviews the advances in research on proteins and surfaced enhanced laser desorption/ionization(SELDI) associated with VD.
