摘    要:目的观察抚触对正常婴儿体格发育及睡眠的影响.方法将100例自然分娩足月正常婴儿随机分为抚触组和对照组各50例,两组均按新生儿常规护理,实行纯母乳喂养.抚触组于出生后24 h进行全身抚触,15 min/次,每日1次至42 d.结果两组婴儿出生3 d内体重、身长、头围及睡眠指标比较,差异无显著性意义(均P>0.05);抚触组婴儿42 d体重、身长、头围较对照组增长快(均P<0.05);婴儿较对照组安静,睡眠时间长、哭闹时间短(均P<0.05).结论抚触是一种安全、简便、有效的促进正常婴儿生长发育的方法.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of touching on the development and sleeping of normal infants. Methods A total of one hundred normal infants were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. All the infants of the two groups were breastfed and given routine nursing care. The infants of the experimental group were subjected to 15-minute touching every day for 42 days (started when infant was 1-day old and ended when infant was 42-day old). The body weight, height, head circumference and sleeping of the infants were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the body weight, height, head circumference when the infants within 3 days after birth (all P>0.05). When the infants were 42 days old, the body weight, height, head circumference of the experimental group were greater than those of control group, respectively (all P<0.05). The sleeping time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group (all P<0.05) . The time of crying of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Touching is a safe, simple and effective method to promote the development of infants.
