SOD对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察基因重组CuZn.SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)对环磷酰胺诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞遗传物质损伤的保护作用。方法小鼠腹腔注射给药,剂量分别为1500、6000、24000U/kg;另设生理盐水作对照组。各组动物固定时间给药1次/d,连续给药1周。末次给药后1h腹腔注射环磷酰胺(cyclophosphamide,cp),24h后处死动物检测小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率。结果环磷酰胺可以诱发小鼠骨髓细胞产生微核,与阳性对照组相比,各实验组微核率均有所降低沪〈0.05)。结论SOD具有对抗环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核的作用,即对环磷酰胺引起的遗传物质损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the protection effects of CuZn-SOD. Methods The mice were administrated 1500, 6000, 24000U/kg respectively one time a day for 1 week, by intraperitoneal injection. Normal saline was another group. After administration of SOD at the last time, Cyclophosphamide was injected into the abdominal cavity. After 24 hours, the mice were sacrificed and the micronucleus test was applied to evaluate the protect effect of SOD. Results There are significant difference in the comparison between different dose groups with the Sodium Chloride group in the MT test(P〈0.05). Conclusion SOD has some protection effect on the damage of CP
