2034例口腔急诊患者一般构成分析

目的探讨综合性医院口腔疾病急诊特点。方法对2007年1月至2009年3月杭州师范大学附属医院口腔科收治的2 034例口腔急诊病例的临床特点进行分析。结果本组口腔急诊病例分类构成以口腔颌面部炎症最多见,占急诊病例的81.2%,其中又以急性牙髓炎、急性根尖周炎为主;其次为组织损伤,占急诊病例的16.8%;其余依次为拔牙后出血、牙龈出血、颌面部异物等,占急诊病例的1.97%。结论口腔急诊以颌面部炎症为主,其次为组织损伤及出血。

Analysis of component rate of 2034 oral emergency cases

Objective To investigate the characteristics of oral emergency diseases in a general hospital. Methods 2 034 cases of oral emergency patients from the dental department of the affiliated hospital of Hangzhou Normal University were analyzed. Results Most of the oral emergency diseases were oral and maxillofacial inflammation,in which acute pulpitis and acute apicial periodontitis were the main components.They included 670 cases of acute apicial periodontitis,87 cases of gingivitis,59 cases of pericoronitis and 41 cases of periodontal abscess.The total number of these cases was 1652 and accounted for 81.22% of emergency cases.Second many diseases were tissue injury,which included 235 cases of soft tissue injury,76 cases of teeth injury and 31 cases of jaw fracture.The total number was 342 cases and accounted for 16.82% of emergency cases.The others were 19 cases of postextraction hemorrhage,10 cases of gingival bleeding and 11 cases of foreign body in maxillofacial region.The total number was 40 cases and accounted for 1.97% of emergency cases. Conclusion Maxillofacial inflammation is the majority of oral emergency diseases and other less emergency diseases were tissue injury and hemorrhage.
