| 摘 要： | 应用兼并复合人乳头瘤病毒—聚合酶链反应（ＨＰＶ－ＰＣＲ）技术，对７４例外观正常的子宫颈分泌物拭子标本进行人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）ＤＮＡ的测定。结果：正常子宫颈ＨＰＶＤＮＡ检出率为３２．４３％（２４／７４），其中ＨＰＶ６、１１型为６．７６％（５／７４）；ＨＰＶ１６、１８型为４．０５％（３／７４）；ＨＰＶ其它型为２１．６２％（１６／７４）。外观正常的子宫颈，ＨＰＶ感染的主要易感年龄为２６～３４岁的青年妇女。本研究对女性生殖道ＨＰＶ感染的状况及传播途径进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The consensus and complex human papillomavirus polymerase chain reaction (HPV-PCR) technique was used to detect HPV-DNA in normal cervical tissue of 74 women.The investigation showed that HPV-DNA positive rate was 32 43% (24/74) including HPV type 6,11,6.76% (5/74),HPV type 16,18,4.05% (3/74) and other type,21.62% (16/74).HPV infection was more common in 26 to 34-year-old women.The transmission route of female genital HPV infection and the importance of subclinical infection were also discussed. |
