广州市3144名公务员跟骨定量超声检测评析

目的探讨广州市健康公务员人群骨强度(SI)与年龄、性别的关系及骨质疏松症的发生率。方法应用超声定量骨强度仪对3144名广州市健康公务员行跟骨SI参数测量。结果广州市公务员男女SI峰值均在21～30岁,随着年龄的增长,SI值逐渐下降,骨质疏松发生率逐渐增加,且男性与女性之间比较差异也有统计学意义,女性50岁以后下降幅度明显高于男性(P<0.05),骨质疏松发生率男性57%,女性67%,骨量累积减少率男性17%,女性25%。结论骨强度与年龄和性别有很大的相关性,定量超声(QUS)能反映骨质随年龄、性别的变化,是一种较理想的诊断骨质疏松症的方法,值得推广。

Analyzes on calcaneus density measurement by quantitative ultrasound for 3 144 cases of vivil servant in Guangzhou

Objective To study the changes of bone stiffness index (SI)with age and sex and the incidence of osteoporosis in the civil servants of Guangzhou city.Methods The density of calcaneus in 3144 civil servants of Guangzhou were measured by using the quantitative ultrasound (QUS).Results The peak SI ages for civil servants were in the 21～30 age group,and with the increase of the age,the SI began to fall-off and the descend rate in the female over 50 years old civil servants (25%)was significantly different with that in the male (17%)(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the incidence of osteoporosis was increasing gradually with the increase of the age,and there was significant difference between male civil servants (57%)and female civil servants (67%).Conclusion SI is concerned with the sex and age.QUS could reflect the changes of sclerotin with the age and sex,so QUS is an ideal method to diagnosis the osteoporosis.
