中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水46例疗效观察

目的：观察中医健脾逐水饮对肝炎后肝硬化的治疗效果。方法：对照组40例，采用多巴胺、速尿、螺内酯、氢氯噻嗪、白蛋白、还原型谷胱甘肽等治疗，15日为1疗程，共2个疗程。治疗组46例，在对照组基础上加用健脾逐水饮治疗，每日1剂水煎服，15日为1疗程，共2个疗程。结果：治疗组显效21例，有效18例，无效7例，总有效率84．8％；对照组显效11例，有效14例，无效15例，总有效率62．5％。结论：在西医治疗基础上联合中医健脾逐水饮治疗肝硬化腹水较单独西医组治疗效果好。

Curative Effect Observation of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on Cirrhosis Ascites,A Report of 46 Cases

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Decoction for Invigorating Spleen to Purge Fluid on eirrhosis aseites. Method ：40 cases in control group were treated by dopamine, beronald, aldaetone, hydroehlorothiazide, albumin, reduced glutathione and so on. 46 cases in treatment group were treated by Decoction for Invigorating Spleen to Purge Fluid besides above treatment. The decoction was taken once a day and one dose a day. One treatment course included 15 days and the two groups were done in two courses. Result：In treatment group 21 ones excellent, 18 ones effective and 7 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 84. 7%. In control group 11 ones excellent,14 ones effective and 15 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 62. 5%. Conclusion：On the basis of western medicine Decoction for Invigorating Spleen to Purge Fluid has better effect on cirrhosis aseites than single western medicine.
