对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施健康教育的效果观察

目的　探讨健康教育对腰椎间盘突出症患者早日康复和减少复发的作用。方法　将 1 2 8例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组进行有针对性、有计划的健康教育和指导 ,对照组进行一般的宣教指导。结果　实验组在教育后 ,患者住院时间比对照组缩短 ,复发率低于对照组。对照组亦有改善 ,但实验组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论　对腰椎间盘突出症患者实施健康教育和指导 ,是使患者早日康复、预防复发的有效方法

The effect for health education to laminectomy patients

Objective To explore the effect of health education to laminectomy patients on recovery earlier and decrease relapse. Method Separate 128 laminectomy patients into the experimental group and the control group randomly.For control group,the nurses will make an individual and planed program of health education and direction for the patients.For experimental group,the nurses will give the patients general health information.Result After a period,compare the results with two groups.It revealed that hospitalization days are fewer in the control group than in the experimental one,and the rate of relapse is lower in control group obviously ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion For laminectomy patients to give them health education and direction is an effect way which to facilitated the patients recovery earlier and decrease relapse.
