| 摘 要： | 目的 建立消痔灵胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 采用薄层扫描法测定其中胆酸的含量。结果平均回收率为９９．６％，ＲＳＤ＝４．５％（ｎ＝６）．结论：方法简便，结果准确，可用于该产品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the determination of cholic acid in Xiaozhiling capsules.Mothods:The content was determined by TLC scanning.Results:The average recovery and RSD were 99.6% and 4.5%(n=6) respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and the result is accurate,thus may be used for the quality control of the products. |
