新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的病原学分析及护理

目的分析新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的主要病原菌,并从护理的角度探讨防治新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的措施。方法对2003年7月-2005年11月进行机械通气≥48h的37例新生儿在气管插管下取痰培养 药敏试验。结果37例患儿取标本37份,其中18份菌培养阳性,阳性率48.6%,共检出病原菌22株,其中有4份标本检出2种细菌。其中阴沟肠杆菌、鲍曼氏不动杆菌、草绿色链球菌为本组新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的主要病原菌。结论G-菌是新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的主要病原菌,而呼吸机相关性肺炎病原菌耐药性强,发病机制复杂,提高预防意识,采取综合防治措施,是控制呼吸机相关性肺炎的最佳策略。

Analyzing the bacteria which can induce the ventilator associated pneumonia for newborns, and then make our counter nursing cares

Objective To analyze the bacteria which can induce the ventilator associated pneumonia for newborns, and then make out counter nursing cares. Methods Sputum cultivation and drugs sensitivity test were used for 37 newborns, and then analyzed the datum which had been obtained. Results 37 sputum specimen were obtained from 37 newborns, among whom 18 (48.65%) cases were positive. There were 22 kinds of bacteria were checked out, such as enterobacter cloacae, acinetobacter bauamnnii and viridans streptococcus. Conclusions The G- bacteria were the main bacteria for newborns to induce the ventilator associated pneumonia.
