| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定奥美沙坦酯片的含量。方法：采用C18色谱柱,乙腈-10mmol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液（0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调节pH至3.0）（45：55）为流动相,检测波长为256nm。结果：奥美沙坦酯浓度在10.8～86.4μg/ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为：100.75%（RSD=0.61%）。结论：该方法简单、准确,适用于奥美沙坦酯片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：Determination of the establishment of olmesartan medoxomil tablets.Methods：C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-monopotassium phosphate buffer（0.2% triethylamine, adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid）（45∶55） at the detection wavelength of 256 nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 10.8 to 86.4 μg/ml（r=0.999 9）.The average recoveries of olmesartan medoxomil was 100.75%（RSD=0.61%）.Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate and suitable for determination of olmesartan medoxomil tablets. |
