不同年龄组SARS X线征象的比较分析

目的 比较分析严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)不同年龄组的X线征象。资料与方法 回顾性分析临床诊断的179例SARS患者胸片,患者分为<30岁,30～50岁,>50岁3组,比较分析不同年龄组之间病灶部位、范围、数量、形态、密度和均匀度、边缘和境界、以及肺内基础病变,并进行统计学分析。结果 不同年龄组X线征象的相同点:病灶呈斑片状,密度不均匀的略高密度,边缘模糊不清,多累及两肺,肺中野中带最为常见;不同点为:<30岁组和30～50岁组右肺受累多于左肺,病灶局限,数量少于>50岁组;而>50岁组的病灶多数呈多发片状,累及多个肺区,而且多合并肺内基础病变。结论 SARS不同年龄组之间的X线征象既有相同点,又有一定差异,分析X线征象对临床和科研有重要意义。

Radiographic Signs of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome in Different Age Groups: A Comparative Analysis

Objective To analyze X-ray findings of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in different age groups. Materials and Methods Radiographic signs on chest films in 179 patients with clinically-diagnosed SARS were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into three age groups: group A ( < 30 years), group B (30 ~ 50 years) and group C ( > 50 years) . The location, extent, number, shape, density, uniformity, margin and borderline of the lesion as well as the underlying pulmonary disease were observed and statistically analyzed. Results The similar findings in 3 groups were as follows: patch lesion, inhomogeneous slight-high-density, blurred margin, involvement of both lungs, mainly in the middle field and middle zone of the lung. The dissimilarity of X-ray findings in 3 groups included: in the groups A and B the right lung was more affected than left lung and the lesion was more localized and fewer. In the group C, multiple patch lesions were seen, involving several lung areas, and underlying pulmonary disease was usually accompanied. Conclusion Similar and dissimilar imaging signs are displayed in different age-groups with SARS, which are of great significance both clinically and scientifically.
