| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同插管深度保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效。方法将160例慢性结肠炎住院患者随机分成两组（试验组和对照组），试验组插管30 cm，对照组插管15～20cm，分别进行药物保留灌肠治疗，观察两组治疗效果的差异。结果试验组药物在肠内的保留时间明显长于对照组，治疗效果优于对照组，患者住院时间短于对照组。结论治疗慢性结肠炎采用30cm深度肛管插管药物保留灌肠的疗效优于传统插管深度的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effectiveness of different depth of anal intubation for drug retention enema in treatment of chronic colitis.Methods A total of 160 chronic colitis patients hospitalized in our department from 2002 to 2005 were divided into 2 groups randomly.One group received 30 cm anal duct intubation(test group) and the other group patients received 15-20 cm intubation(control group) for drug retention enema.The therapeutic effects were estimated in both groups.Results The retention of drug,therapeutic effect and length of stay in the test group were better than those of the control group.And the hospital stay in the test group was shorter than the control group.Conclusion Intubation with 30 cm depth of anal duct is better than the traditional 15-20 cm intubation for drug retention enema,so 30 cm intubation is recommended in clinic. |
