高龄老人白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术临床分析

摘    要:目的 探讨分析高龄老人白内障人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效。方法 对 4 8例 (5 9只眼 ) 75~ 87岁高龄老人行白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术 ,分析术后视力及并发症。结果 术后视力 >0 .0 5者 (5 4只眼 ) ,>0 .3者 (31只眼 )。脱盲率为 91.5 % ,脱残率为 5 2 .5 %。术后并发症有轻度角膜内皮水肿 4 5只眼 ,重度角膜内皮水肿 3只眼 ,重度前段葡萄膜反应 5只眼 ,人工晶状体瞳孔夹持 1只眼。结论 白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术可使多数高龄白内障患者复明。手术关键是技术娴熟 ,减少并发症。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyse the curative effect of cataract extraction with intraocular lenses (IOL) implantation in venerable age patients. Methods 48 patients (59 eyes ) of 75~87 years old were received cataract extraction and IOL implantation, the postoperative vision and the complication were analysed. Result 54 eyes had obtained post-operative visual acuity >0.05, 31 eyes had obtained post-operative visual acuity >0.3, light restoring in 91.5% patients and rehablitation rate was 52.5%. The postoperative complications included 45 eyes of mild corneal endothelial edema, 3 eyes of severe corneal endothelial edema, 5 eyes of severe anterior uveal reaction, 1 eye of pupil capture of intraocular lens. Conclusion Cataract extraction with IOL implantation has made the majority of the venerable age cataract patients' vision restored. The key of operation are skillful techniques and reduction of complications.
