| 摘 要： | 本组病人均为药物难以控制的难治性癫痫,术前脑电图(EEG)检查25例(83％)异常,其中,痫样放电20例(80％),慢波改变5例(20％),皮层电图(ECoG)30例(100％)异常,均为痫样放电。术后3个月—2年随访,临床发作完全控制有24例(80％),6例临床发作次数明显减少,复查EEG除4例(13.3％)异常,其余EEG均为正常。术前与术后EEG阳性率相差显著,因此,我们认为ECoG在癫痫灶切除中应用是有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | 30 patients with uncontrolled refractory epilepsy were reported.The EEG was abnormal in 25 cases (83%) before the operation,20 of them showed epileptic discharge,and the other 5 cases showed slow wave changing.The ECoG in 30 cases showed epileptic discharge.In 2 months to 3 years after the Operation,clinical attacks were controlled completely in 24 cases (80%),and were reduced remakablly 6 cases,only 4 cases (13-3%) remained EEG abnormal.The positive ratio of EEG decreased significantly after the Orpcra-tion.Therefore,ECoG was thought to have certain clinical significance in epilepsy foci resection. |
