妊娠期糖尿病丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶和一氧化氮的变化

摘    要:目的 :测定妊娠期糖尿病 (GDM)孕妇血清丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和一氧化氮(NO)含量 ,寻找监测GDM病情变化的临床指标 .方法 :采集 30例GDM患者和 4 5例正常孕妇血清 ,以硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)比色法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硝酸还原酶法分别测定MDA ,SOD和NO含量 .结果 :GDM组SOD ,NO含量均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,MDA含量在两组无显著差异 ,但与GDM患者控制情况相关 .结论 :MDA ,SOD ,NO的变化与GDM的病理过程有关 ,MDA可作为临床监测GDM病情的指标

Abstract:Objective: The serum levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) were measured to find out the clinical index in GDM. Methods: Blood samples of 30 GDM and 45 unrelated normal controls were used to measure MDA, SOD and NO levels with methods of TBA, xanthine oxidase and nitric reductase. Results: In GDM group, the levels of SOD and NO were significantly lower, P<0 05. There was no difference of MDA levels between GDM patients and control subjects, but the levels of MDA associated with the concentrations of glucose in clinical treatment. Conclusion: The levels of MDA, SOD and NO were variable with pathological change of GDM. The serum levels of MDA may be clinical index of GDM.
