| 摘 要： | 目的了解某院恶性肿瘤的疾病构成及年龄分布,为本地区的恶性肿瘤防治工作提供科学的参考依据。方法收集某院2006年-2008年的1295例恶性肿瘤病人,对其进行统计分析。结果恶性肿瘤发病逐年增加,排列前5位的分别是肝癌、肺癌、直肠癌、宫颈癌、胃癌,且男女之比为1.53∶1。结论针对恶性肿瘤出现的新特点,可运用病因预防的方法降低其发病率,提高人们的生活质量和生命安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide scientific reference evidence for the prevention and control of malignant tumor in local district by the investigation of the disease constitution and age distribution of malignant tumor in our hospital .Methods Statistical analysis was done on 1295 patients with malignant tumor collected in our hospital from 2006 to 2008.Results The incidence of malignant tumor showed an increasing tendency year by year,the top five tumors in order of incidences were liver cancer,lung cancer,rectal cancer,cervical cancer and stomach cancer,respectively.The proportion of male to female was 1.53：1.Conclusion Causal prophylaxis can be performed to decline the incidence and improve the quality and safety of life regarding to the new characteristics of malignant tumor. |
