| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法将106例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分为奥硝唑组和替硝唑组各53例。分别采用奥硝唑和替硝唑口服治疗。结果奥硝唑组和替硝唑组的总有效率分别为100％和86．8％，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；奥硝唑组和替硝唑组发生不良反应的比率分别为7．5％（4／53）和24．5％（13／53），两组比较差异也有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎安全、有效，不良反应少，可作为该病的首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of ornidazole in treatment of patients with trichomonal vaginitis and its safety. Methods 106 cases with trichomonal vaginitis were randomly divided into ornidazole group and tinidazole group,receiving orally drugs of ornidazole and tinidazole respectively for five to seven days.
