| Abstract: | This case report details a patient with a cardiac angiosarcoma who had an unusual presentation with hemodynamics consistent with mitral stenosis and constrictive-effusive pericarditis. It illustrates how transesophageal echocardiography adds to the information obtained from transthoracic imaging and hemodynamics in this unusual presentation of a cardiac tumor. |
