肩胛上神经脉冲射频治疗肩周炎临床疗效分析

目的:分析肩胛上神经脉冲射频治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:收集自2007年以来在本院进行肩胛上神经脉冲治疗的肩周炎病例176例,分为三组,I组为被动活动受限明显而疼痛轻微(n=37)I、I组为被动活动受限明显且疼痛剧烈(n=51)、和III组为主动活动受限明显且疼痛剧烈(n=88),均采取肩胛上神经脉冲射频治疗。观察患者的术中、术后反应和近期疗效,通过VAS评分、肩关节活动度及病人满意度评定疗效。结果:II组及III组患者术后疼痛较I组明显减轻(P<0.01),尤以III组显著;III组肩关节活动度及满意度较I组和II组显著改善,无明显不良反应。结论:肩胛上神经脉冲射频治疗主动活动受限明显而疼痛剧烈肩周炎患者疗效显著,对被动活动受限明显而疼痛轻微者疗效欠佳。

SUPRASCAPULAR NERVE PULSE RADIOFREQUENCY FOR THE TREATMENT OF SCAPULOHUMERAL PERIARTHRITIS

Objective: To analyse the effects of suprascapular nerve pulse radiofrequency for scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods: There were 176 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis since 2007 when the patients hospitalized in our department underwent pulse radiofrequency.All patients were divided into three groups.Group I(n = 37) limited passive activity with slight pain,group II(n = 51) limited passive activity with severe pain,and group III(n = 88) marked limitation of active movement with severe pain.All patients accepted pulse radiofrequency of scapulohumeral periarthritis.VAS scale,motion of joint and the satisfaction degreed of patients were assessed to evaluate the clinical effects.Results: There were significant pain alleviation in group II and group III compared with group I(P < 0.01),especially with notable relief in group III.The motion of joint and satisfaction degreed of patients were much better in group III than in group I and II.No significant side effect were observed.Conclusion: Suprascapular nerve pulse radiofrequency had remarkable effects on scapulohumeral periarthritis patients who suffered for limitation of active movement with severe pain.On the contrary,no significant therapeutic effect was observed in patients with passive activity limit ation and only slight pain.
