摘    要:目的:探讨bFGF和硫糖铝在持续恒压扩张术中局部应用的可行性。方法:以白色小家猪为实验动物,自身对照,分为3个实验和对照组,扩张同时分别注入bFGF加硫糖铝、bFGF、硫糖铝、生理盐水。扩张结束后第3天分别进行扩张器上总面积、皮肤净增面积、周围组织移行面积和皮肤即时回缩率的测量。结果:实验I组所获得的扩张皮肤面积、皮肤净增面积大于对照组(P<0.05);实验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与对照组无统计学差别。结论:bFGF和硫糖铝用于持续恒压扩张术中,能有效地促进皮肤增殖扩展,扩张局部面积增加,皮肤即时回缩率降低,从而促进组织扩张。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the feasibility of local application of both bFGF and sucralfate during continuous tissue expansion(CTE) Methods:Nine white pigs were used inthis experimented self controlledly during continuous tissue expansion(CTE):Group 1 was both bFGF and sucralfate were injected,group 2 both bFGF and normal saline were injected,group 3 mly sucralfate wasinjected,and group 4 onlhnormal saline wasinjected as control After the expansion,total skin area overlying the expander,net expanded skin area,skin recruitment area from adjacent tissue and skin contraction rate were measured Results:In each group the time and pressure of expansion were equal while the average final infusion volume was unequal The total skin area overlyin the expander and net expanded skin area of guoup 1 were obviously larger than that of the control group(P<0 05) However the skin recruitment area from adjacent tissue and skin contraction rate were significantly less than that of the control group (P<0 05) Group 2 and 3 had no statistical difference compared with control group Conclusion:Local application of both bFGF and sucralfate during continuous tissue expansiton(CTE) could promote skin growth and decrease skin contraction more effectively than that of CTE only in order to improve tissue expansion
