缺血性脑血管病急性期REG改变及其与伴随高血压的关系

本文应用ＲＥＧ（脑阻抗血流图）法、检测缺血性脑血管病发病急性期伴随、不伴随高血压的脑血管功能变化，结果显示；伴随高血压未病侧脑血流量指标较健康对照组有显著下降，各缺血性血管病的弹性指标病侧、未病侧较健康对照组有不同程度下降，表明脑血管病后伴有高血压的脑血管功能减退更为显著。上述结果与临床表现相一致、故用ＲＥＧ０这一简单、重复性较好的方法检测脑血管功能、特别是病后伴随高血压的检测，对指导预防再复发是有一定意义的。

THE CHANGE OF RHEOENCEPHALOGRAPHY (REG)ACCOMPANIED WITH HYPERTENSION DURING ACUTE CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE

The REG method is applied to observe the functional changes of cere-bral vessels of the anoxemia cerehrovascular diseased patients with or without hyperten-sion in their acute phase. There is a more obvious decrease of the cerebrovascular blood-flow volume index in the normal sides of the patients with hypertension compared withthe healthy contrast group. The spring index of both diseased side and non-diseased sideof the cerebrovascular diseased patients decreases in varying degrees.This indicates themore remarkable functional weakening of cerebral vessels the patients with hypertensionafter suffering from cerebrovascular disease. The ahove-mentioned results is just in linewith the clinical appearance. Therefore,the application of REG which is not only simplebut also easy in operation,is siqnificant for clinic in the cerebrovascular function check.especmlly in the check of patients with hypertension after the disease occurring.
