摘    要:目的]探讨荧光定量PCR技术检测外周血CK19、CK20mRNA对上皮性恶性肿瘤微转移的临床意义.方法]采用荧光定量PCR技术检测41例上皮性恶性肿瘤患者术前外周血CK19、CK20mRNA的表达情况.结果]41例肿瘤患者中CK19mRNA阳性率26.82%,CK20mRNA阳性率21.95%,两者均阳性5例(12.19%).CK19、CK20mRNA阳性率与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤发生部位、肿瘤细胞分化程度无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤分期相关,其差异有显著性.结论]CK19、CK20mRNA可作为一个检测上皮性恶性肿瘤患者外周血微转移标志物,两者联合检测可提高外周血癌细胞的检出率.

Abstract:To study the significance of expressions of cytokeration(CK) 19, 20 mRNA in the peripheral blood of the patients with epithelial malignancies for micrometastasis.Forty-one specimens from preoperative peripheral blood of the patients with epithelial malignancies were detected through fluorescent quantification polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to explore the expressions of CK19,20 mRNA.The positive expression rates for CK19 and CK20mRNA were 26.82%(11/41) and 21.95(9/41) respectively in peripheral blood from forty-one patients with epithelial malignancies.Five cases were positive expression with both CK19mRNA and CK20mRNA.The positive rates of CK19,CK20 mRNA were significantly correlated with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis, but not related to gender,age, tumor location and differentiation.Conclusion]The expressions of CK19,20 mRNA can act as prospective biomarkers for detecting micrometastasis in patients with epithelial malignancies, and the combination detection of CK19mRNA with CK20mRNA can improve the detection rates of cancer cell in peripheral blood.
