顺铂软膏治疗尖锐湿疣

目的 :观察顺铂软膏治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 :门诊确诊尖锐湿疣病人按就诊顺序随机分为 2组 ,顺铂组 74例 ,其中男性 5 8例 ,女性 1 6例 ,年龄 2 7a±s7a,病程 4mo± 1mo,外搽 0 .1 %顺铂软膏 ,bid× 2wk。氟尿嘧啶组 74例 ,其中男性61例 ,女性 1 3例 ,年龄 2 6a± 6a,病程 4mo± 1mo,外搽 2 .5 %氟尿嘧啶软膏 ,bid×2wk。结果 :顺铂软膏临床治疗尖锐湿疣有效率 81 % ,氟尿嘧啶软膏有效率 5 9% ,P <0 .0 5。未发现严重不良反应。结论 :顺铂软膏治疗尖锐湿疣具有良好疗效 ,且不良反应较小。

Cisplatin ointment in treatment of condylomata acuminata

AIM: To assess the clinical effects of cisplatin ointment in treatment of condylomata acuminata. METHODS: One hundred and forty eight outpatients with condylomata acuminata were randomly divided into two groups , with seventy four patients in each group. In cisplatin group 0.1 % cisplatin ointment was applied on the lesions of the patients (M 58, F 16; age 27 a± s 7 a,course 4 mo±1 mo),bid×2 wk, and in fluorouracil group 2.5 % fluorouracil ointment was used for the other pationts (M 61, F 13; age 26 a±6 a,course, 4 mo±1 mo) in the same way as in cisplatin group. The clincal effects of the treatment were assessed at the end of treatment course. RESULTS: Effective rate was 81 % in cisplatin ointment group, compared with 59 % in fluorouracil ointment group ( P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both cisplatin group and fluorouracil group. CONCLUSION: Cisplatin ointment (0.1 %) has favorable therapeutic effects in the treatment of condylomata acuminata with few advese reactions.
