| Abstract: | We report regarding a young lady who presented with recurrent syncopal episodes associated with palpitations, documented to be due to rapid wide QRS tachycardia, subsequently detected to have thyrotoxicosis and who responded promptly to appropriate medication to become free from arrhythmia. |
