健脾宣浊方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的:观察健脾宣浊方对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法:将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各30例,两组基础治疗相同,治疗组加用健脾宣浊方治疗,2个月为一疗程。结果:治疗组血糖、血脂、胰岛素值均有下降,胰岛素敏感性指数升高,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健脾宣浊方有明显改善2型糖尿病糖、脂代谢紊乱,提高胰岛素敏感性的作用。

Effect of Invigorating the Spleen and Dispersing Turbid Pathogen Decoction on Insulin Resistance of Type-2 Diabetes

Objective: To observe the improvement effect of Invigorating the Spleen and Dispersing Turbid Pathogen Decoction on insulin resistance of type-2 diabetes. Method; 60 cases of type-2 diabetes were diveided into two groups randomly. There are 30 cases in both groups. The fundamental therapy of the two groups is the same. The study group was treated with Invigorating the Spleen and Dispersing Turbid Pathogen Decoction additionally. One course of treatment is two months. Result; Blood glucose, blood fat and insulin value of the study group all decreases and the index of sensitivity of insulin increases,which has significant difference compared with that of pretherapy (P<0.05) and that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Invigorating the Spleen and Dispersing Turbid Pathogen Decoction can improve disorder of glycometabolism and lipid metabolism in type-2 diabetes and increase the sensitivity of insulin.
