| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗溃疡病穿孔的远期疗效。方法：采用自拟问卷对126例经中西医结合治疗痊愈出院的胃、十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔患者进行远期疗效随访。结果：良好89例（70．6％），尚好28例（22．2％），不良9例（7．2％），总有效率92．8％。结论：中西医结合治疗溃疡病穿孔远期疗效肯定，但是否坚持服药治疗可直接影响到远期疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the long-term curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for perforation of ulcer disease. Methods: 126 cases of gastric or duodenal ulcer were cured by therapy of TCM combined with WM and left hospital, a follow - up on long - term curative effect by answer the inquiry paper were performed. Results: 89 cases (70. 6%) were favorably, 28 cases (22. 2% ) better and 9 cases (7. 2%) unfavorable. The total effective rate was 92. 8%. Conclusion: TCM combined with WM possesses a definite curative effect for perforation of ulcer disease, but persistence of treatment is directly influenced the long - term curative effect. |
