| 摘 要： | 目的：分析12例新型隐球菌性脑膜炎临床资料，以提高对本病的认识。方法对12例隐球菌性脑膜炎患者临床表现，脑脊液特点和诊疗进行回顾性分析。结果隐球菌性脑膜炎起病隐匿，临床及脑脊液生化检查特异性不高，误诊率高。结论反复行脑脊液检查以查找病原菌是隐球菌性脑膜炎确诊的关键。
