增殖细胞核抗原与表皮生长因子受体在脑星形细胞瘤中的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)与脑星形细胞瘤发生、发展的关系。方法 采用免疫组化法检测10例正常脑组织和45例脑星形细胞瘤组织标本PCNA与EGFR的表达。结果 正常脑组织无PCNA和EGFR阳性表达,脑星形细胞瘤组织PCNA LI与病理分级明显呈正相关(r=0.863.P〈0.05),EGFR阳性细胞率与肿瘤分级呈正相关(r=0.671,P〈0.05);PCNA LI与EGFR阳性细胞数无显著相关性(r=0.063,P〉0.05)。结论 PCNA和EGFR的表达与星形细胞瘤恶性程度呈一致性改变,两者联合检测可作为临床病理评价脑星形细胞瘤的生物学指标之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and epider- mal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and astrocytoma tumors.Methods The expression levels of PCNA and EGFR in 10 cases of normal brain tissue and 45 cases astrocytoma were detected by immunohistochemical technics.Results There were no expression of PCNA and EGFR in normal brain tissue.In astrocytoma tumors there was a positive correlation between the expression of PCNA LI and pathological grade(r=0.863,P<0.05).The postive ration of EGFR was positively correlated with tumor grade(r=0.671,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation be- tween the expression of PCNA LI and EGFR positive cells(r=- 0.063,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of PCNA and EGFR correlated with malignant astrocytoma The combination of the two could be used as one of biologi- cal indicators of clinical pathologic evaluating astrocytomas.
