益气养阴活血化瘀法治疗糖尿病35例

根据糖尿病与瘀血关系密切的认识，采用益气养阴活血化瘀观察治疗了属中医气阴两虚型，有或无瘀血表现的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者３５例，结果表明：显效１７例，占４８．６％，有效１３例，无效５例，占１４．３％，总有效率为８５．７％，各种慢性血管并发症的较治疗前有明显缓解。治疗后血糖明显下降，与治疗前比较有高度统计学意义（Ｐ〈０．０１），血脂３项均有改变，与治疗前比较有统计学意义（Ｐ〈０．０５），血液流变学各项指标均有

35 Cases of Diabetes Treated with Supplanting Qi, Nourishing Yin and Promoting Blood Circulation by Removing Blood Stasis

Based on the knowledge about the relation of diabetes and blood stasis, 35 cases of diabetes whose differention of TCM were deficiency of both qi and yin were treated with the method of supplenting qi, nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis. The result showed that the 17 cases were remarkable effective, 13 cases effective, 5 cases no effective and the rates respectively were 48.6%, 37% and 16.3%, and the total effective rate was 85.7%. After treating,many complications were remitted and the blood sugar and lipid were lower than befor treating (P<0.05). It was suggested that this therapy could improve the metabolism of sugar and fat espercially to diabetes.
